is an educational website about steam therapy. My name is
Richard Eidson and I am a hydrotherapy educator and also a developer of
hydrotherapy equipment. I am the author of a new textbook on hydrotherapy
that will be published by Milady Publishing in January, 2008. I am also a
licensed massage therapist and have researched the various aspects of
hydrotherapy including visiting several countries, including India,
Thailand, Bali (Indonesia), Japan, France, Germany, Turkey and Greece. Education into the theory & practice of steam therapy is an essential aspect of the application of steam therapy. Steam therapy treatments involve several elements including steam equipment, natural products, trained therapist and proper techniques for each specific type of treatment. Also, it is important to understand the dramatic changes that take place in the physiology of the human body during a steam treatment.
